    Office Administrator (Part time)

    We are looking for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to assist in the smooth running of the Centre in general and to project a positive and friendly image to our clients and other professionals who may contact us either in person or via the telephone.


     Answering all incoming telephone calls. Diverting them as appropriate, and/or taking and passing on messages.

     Dealing with all telephone queries/requests from patients, and acting as liaison with the Teachers as necessary.

     Making appointments via the computerised system.

     Supporting and assisting the teachers during class times as required.

     Assisting parents with registrations and processing the paperwork.

     Filing all client information in electronic record and/or paper records.

     Daily preparation of classrooms and other facilities.

     Scanning and Photocopying materials and organise them.

     Maintaining the Health and Safety of all staff, students and visitors.Any other duties as requested by the Directors, Teachers or Admin Staff.

    Ideal candidate would:

     Have an enthusiastic nature, with good interpersonal and communication skills.

     Undergraduate.

     Have relevant experience and be able to work independently with complete understanding of computer applications.

     Work well within a team and individually.

     Have the ability to work well under pressure.

     Have a passion to succeed and deliver exceptional customer service in a results driven environment. Be flexible, dependent on business needs.

    As a tutor you will be responsible for working with your students, in small groups of 4/5, and providing them with all the assistance and help that they require. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: effective time management, lesson planning and an extended knowledge of your subject area. You will work under a Head of Department who will support and assist you as and when you need. This role would suit Maths tutors who are flexible, creative and passionate about teaching and who genuinely want to get the best out of their class.
